Happy Easter!
What a fun weekend we've had! My parents came down for Easter and we hit the beach. The water is too cold to swim in, but we had fun taking pictures and playing along the coast. Then on Saturday we rented a pontoon boat and went out for the day. Well, that was the plan atleast, but the weather wasn't looking so good. It was cloudy, but that didn't stop us. We went out anyways and figured that a little rain couldn't hurt us. About 40 minutes in it started raining so we looked all along the bay and found the least cloudy spot to stop and have lunch. We figured if we could avoid rain for lunch, then we could head home and save an all day trip for Memorial day. But then on the way back to the dock the sun came out. So we stopped the boat again and had a great time. We docked the boat right as the storms started. Talk about luck being on our side. And then today we had a nice brunch after church where the boys got their baskets and toys from Grandma and Gramdpa. They headed home soon after. I love having such fun weekends it makes the work week ahead so much more enjoyable. As you can I imagine we had many photo oppotunities so it was hard to pick just a few. 18 was the least I could cut it down to. Enjoy!

My Aunt...
This past Friday morning my Aunt Liliana lost her battle with Cancer. She was very special to me. I was often told I looked like her, smiled like her and had her mannerisms. With her living so far away I didn't get to chance to be with her in her last days, but I was there in heart. I will miss her laugh, her jokes, and the way she always made me feel special. I love you, Tia.
El viernes pasado, mi Tia Liliana perdio su batalla en contra el cancer. Ella era muy especial para mi. De vez en cuando, me decian que yo me parecia a ella - que yo tenia su sonrisa y modismos. Por causa de que ella vivia tan lejos de mi, yo no tenia la oportunidad de estar con ella en sus ultimos dias, pero estaba alli en corazon. Extranare su risa, sus chistes, y la manera en que siempre me hizo sentir tan especial. Te quiero, tia.

Our week...
We had a pretty good week. I made an effort this week to do more one on one playtime with Dylan and he enjoyed that. He loved playing with the shaving cream. He is able to move his hands around more which makes it more fun. Jordan is now laughing when tickled. It's really cute. He is such a fun baby. He is growing and now has that roll on his lower arm that makes it look like he's got on a really tight rubber band around his wrist. Ken and I are boring so there is nothing to post about us.
