Happy 4th!

Last Monday Ken and I sat down to make a list of all the things we need to do before the movers come. Small projects, like go through the boys clothes and store away things that don't fit anymore, clean out the shed and stuff like that. We thought we could use Ken's long weekend to do some of the projects. Then on Wednesday I decided that it didn't sound like a fun and called my family to see if we could go visit them instead. I'm avoiding the moving stuff like the plague.
We had a fun weekend with my parents and we are planning on getting to our projects soon. Hope you all had a fun 4th too.

While we were in town we stopped by Carrie
and Adam's new apartment to meet their new
baby. We had fun talking about motherhood
and just catching up. Oh- and enjoying some
yummy dessert. Thanks for having us over guys.

It's just not the 4th without fireworks.
They're not as fun in the day time.

I was bummed that I was going to miss fireworks at
night, but we saw them all the way home. 

Jordan has become aware of the
sensation of peeing. He will be running
around and then stop and look down.
And recently he started peeing everytime
he got in the tub, we decided to get him this
potty seat, he sat in it for the first time today
and went potty! Yeah Jordan! 

Even though he peed in the potty, the first
thing he did when he got in the tub was... well
look for yourself. (edited for modesty)
