Broke back Karen!

Yesterday, while giving Jordan his bath I felt something pull in my back. It didn't really bother me last night, but boy do I feel it today. Hence the funny title. ( Disclamer: In no way am I advertising the movie) It's no fun being sore when you have such cute kids that you want to cuddle and hold. Ken has taken over many of the jobs today such as diaper duty and getting them dressed and he made dinner. That's been nice. I took a hearty dose of ibuprofin and should be better soon. This was a busy week. Our insurance decided that Dylan only needs therapy once a month, instead of the 2x's per week that he's had since birth. So I had to transform to the Lioness I can be and fight in his behalf. I think I have scared most of the Tricare staff and should see a change by Monday. I can be a very nice person until you mess with my kids! Other than that, it's been pretty normal. Enjoy the random pictures and have a great week!

Fun in the sand...

This week went by so quick! I got a lot done so I can't complain. My parents got back from the month long vacation to Chile and I talked them into visiting us this weekend. ( I really wanted my Chilean treats!) So they drove down on Friday and left Sunday mid-morning. It was a really short trip, but we had a great time. On Saturday we went to the bookstore to get Dylan a new chapter book. We just finished reading Charlotte's Web and Dylan really enjoyed it. Although I forgot that Charlotte dies in the end and Dylan didn't like that too much. Our next book it Stuart Little. We started it last night and he thought it was funny. Tonight he got me to read 2 chapters to him. He's very persuasive for someone who can't talk. Anyways, back to our Saturday... after hitting the bookstore we went out for ice-cream and since it was one of those old fashion places were you have to sit outside to eat we decided to find a nice plave to sit outside and eat. We were driving to a park when we Dylan got to impatient and we pulled over and had ice-cream at a little private beach we found. How cool it that?! Gosh, I'm going to miss Florida. Well, the pictures tell the story about how much fun we had at the beach the boys went crazy playing in the sand. It was quite entertaining to watch them. Have a great week and leaves comments.

Disney Magic!

This quick Disney trip was just what I needed after being alone all week with the boys. Ken was away (again) on business. He was in Savannah and had Friday off as a driving day, so instead of driving home he drove to Orlando and the boys and I meet him there. I was pretty stressed about the drive and it took longer than a 6 hour trip should, but it was worth it in the end. I love Disneyworld and so do the boys. We spent Friday afternoon at the Magic Kingdom, Saturday morning at the Animal Kingdom seeing two of the shows we missed first time around and then Epcot on Saturday afternoon. Sunday we went to Magic Kingdom again and also MGM. We drove home on Monday. And today I'm not looking forward to piles of laundry and dirty bathrooms. Oh well, better get to it.
