This was Dylan's big week. On Wednesday we went to the Neurologist, Dr. Renfroe, to begin a series of Botox injections. He did great! Not a single tear was shed, which was impressive considering he was given 16 injections, one in 8 locations on each side. He was so brave and we were very proud. It will make taking him back in 3 months easier. We have noticed a little difference, but we are not sure what to think of it because we were told not to expect results for 2 weeks. So we are excited to see what will happen. After his appointment we took him to Toys R Us to blow some of his Christmas money. He came home with a new Wiggles movie and nice comfy chair to sit and watch it in. He looks so cute in it.
Jordan is growing. He continues to be an easy going baby. Ken and I knock on wood whenever we brag about him in fear that things might change. But he is a great baby, he's continuing to smile and is cooing more too. Still hasn't lost any hair and the eyes are still blue. Till next week.

Dylan's Day...
My first week by myself was great. No complains to be had. On Moday since Ken didn't have work we made it a Dylan's Day. We made a big fuss about how Dylan has been so good since brother was born that we would do fun things all day. We had planned to take him to Chuck E. Cheese , but it was closed down for repairs from the hurricane, so we took him to the mall and let him ride the rides there. He loves doing that. Then he got a treat from the food court, and then we went to a movie so both boys could nap. And they did. How lucky are we.
Dylan is enjoying therapy and having his schedule back and has been making progress. He is sitting up so much better. His average time before the holidays was about 45 seconds before losing his balance. Now he is sitting for more the 2 minutes. Long enough for me to grab my camera and take a picture. Go Dylan!!!
Jordan is becoming more social as he started smiling this week and has been cooing some too. He is also gaining head control. It's amazing to see how effortless and naturally it comes.
This week might be more challenging because Dylan caught a cold this weekend and is not feeling well. Already today he's been more fussy and wanting to be held, which was okay since Ken was here. So I'll keep my fingers crossed for a quick recovery. Also Dylan starts Botox on Wednesday so I'll let you know all about it next Sunday. I might even take my camera to the clinic. Afterall this is a big event in Dylan's life.

My boys...
We've had a good week I was able to get most of my big projects done, like taking down Christmas decorations and house cleaning , while Ken's mom was here and Ken and I were able to go out on a date too. Sadly Grandma Bradley left yesterday. So if all I do this week is feed the boys and take Dylan to his therapies on time I will consider my first week alone a success.
Dylan's been such a big boy, he started all his therapies this week and did very well. We are enjoying getting back on schedule and he's even handling having a bedtime again fairly well. I think he's finally accepting that Jordan is here to stay. He made us laugh so hard when I holding him and had nowhere to put him while we made the bed, but in Jordan's bassinett. With his feet hanging out he laughed and said ahgoo, several times. He was acting like the baby.
Jordan is such a good baby. He keeps his mommy sane by sleeping several hours at night in a row and being very patient and independent. He enjoys laying on the floor next to Dylan and looking at his toys. And he's starting to fill in those 0-3 winter outfits before winter is gone.
That's about all for this week.
