Happy Halloween!

We had a busy week, but it was a fun one. On Wednesday I took Jordan to the park with his little friend Adam. They are just about the same age and really enjoy each others company. And best of all they are on the same schedule so they nap together and eat together and it makes our playdates so much fun. They had fun at the park and I had fun playing with them and snapping pictures. They are so cute how they follow each other around. Thursday, Dylan had his first field trip. A squadron on base puts together a hay ride and they get pumpkins for each of the kids. It was a lot of fun. They did a great job and the kids loved the ride. Yesterday we had a little Pumpkin carving/painting party at our house. We invited some friends over and carved pumpkins and the kids painted pumpkins and then we all had lunch. Also yesterday was beggars night. In our little city they always have the kids trick or treat the Saturday before Halloween. I think it's because the teachers don't want to have to deal with kids coming down from a sugar high the night before. Either way our kids had fun. Dylan got it this year and would laugh and laugh after people gave him candy. It was funny. Jordan had fun too and after he saw that other kids were wearing costumes he kept his on too. Dylan made a very handsome Captain Feathersword from the Wiggles and Jordan was our not-so-scary scarecrow. Enjoy the pictures.
